1. Order Processing:
   - Orders will be processed within 1 business day upon receipt of payment.
   - Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
   - We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders efficiently and securely.

   - Delhivery, Shiprocket, Professional Couriers and ST Couriers are our delivery partners.
 

3. Shipping Costs:
   - We currently charge a flat charge of Rs.50 per shipment to anywhere within India

 

4. Estimated Delivery Time:
   - Delivery time vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Deliveries within Tamil Nadu might take a day or two. Deliveries outside TamilNadu takes 4 to 5 business days.
   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
   - Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

 

5. International Shipping:
   - We do offer international shipping.
   - International orders may be subject to customs inspections and duties imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Order Tracking:
   - You can track the status of your order by using the provided tracking number.

 

7. Shipping Address:
   - Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
   - We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
   - Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Packages:
   - In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with unboxing video.
   - We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
